Walsh Whiskey, a key player at Amber Beverage Group's whiskey excellence hub, has just unveiled the 13th edition of their renowned Writers’ Tears Cask Strength whiskey. This top-tier, cask-strength whiskey stands out with its exclusive blend of triple-distilled, aged Single Pot Still and Single Malt Whiskey. It's naturally non-chill filtered and matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels. The 2023 batch boasts a robust 54.8% ABV and each bottle is not only individually numbered but also bears the signature of Bernard Walsh, the mastermind behind Writers’ Tears.
This year's batch is quite exclusive, with just 8,700 bottles available globally. Distribution is selective: 1,800 bottles are heading to the USA, while the remaining 6,900 will be spread across various international markets, including Canada, Ireland, France, the UK, South Africa, and parts of Asia.
