Nose: The aroma is mellow yet drying with a slight prickle. It carries subtle medicinal and mossy notes, complemented by hints of grapefruit and a light oiliness. There are sweet undertones of toffee and a faint whisper of fragrant smoke. Adding water brings out the toffee notes and introduces a balsa wood character.
Palate: It offers a smoothly oily and slightly waxy texture. The palate starts with a surprising sweetness of apple-like notes, then transitions into a drying sensation with a chili-pepper spiciness. The flavor evokes the imagery of a toffee apple with burnt edges.
