The Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label is non-vintage champagne first developed in 1876 and has served as their flagship offering for over a century. Each bottle begins its life with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier sourced from 50-60 different Crus in the region. Following the harvest, the grapes are carefully de-stemmed, washed, and pressed with the juices, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The resulting wines are carefully blended along with reserve wines from the house’s prized stocks. A secondary fermentation further develops its flavors and also gives the wine its signature sparkle ready to be enjoyed at parties around the world.
