An adult 21+ must sign for all alcohol deliveries. For smoother delivery, we suggest using a business address where someone is available to sign.

Shipping Options

Standard ground shipping is included within the Continental US, with processing times listed on product pages based on customization. Personalized and engraved items require additional processing time, which can be found on each product page. For faster delivery, additional shipping methods are available upon request—contact us at info@spiritedgifts.com for rates. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, or same-day if marked as Quick Ship. 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimated at checkout but not guaranteed, as we have no control over carrier timing once an order leaves our warehouse. FedEx/UPS also does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will begin processing the following business day.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive email updates with tracking info once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Delivery Issues & Return Policy

If a package is returned after three delivery attempts or if an order is refused, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original, unopened condition, including all packaging, and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that engraved and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damage & Leakage

For items damaged during shipping, please contact us to initiate a claim and arrange a replacement. Temperature changes may cause bottles to leak, as corks can expand and contract.

Additional Info

• P.O. Boxes and Military Bases: Alcohol orders cannot ship to P.O. boxes, mailboxes, or military bases.
• Expedited Processing: Available on a case-by-case basis—email info@spiritedgifts.com if you’re on a deadline.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the US.
