Shipping & Returns
Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the gift delivery. If someone 21 years of age or older will not be available at the delivery location, we suggest sending your gift to a business address.
SHIPPING ALCOHOL: FedEx will not reroute packages containing alcohol. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU ARE SENDING TO. Make sure someone will be there to sign for the package and make sure there are NO ERRORS. If a package needs redirected to a different address the package must first be returned to the shipper and reshipped. A $25 reship fee will apply.
*UPDATE - we can no longer redirect packages. If an address needs changed we will have to wait for the original package to be returned and then reship. A $25 fee will apply.
Delivering on a Specific Day: We cannot GUARANTEE delivery on a specific day. We can try our best but we are not responsible for FedEx or UPS not delivering on time.
Gift Packaging: Each bottle is wrapped in our luxury satin bag and sent in crush-proof packaging to your recipient. Select the perfect greeting and it will be printed on our custom gift card and tucked inside. They will appreciate your thoughtfulness when such a personalized package arrives at their doorstep!
Engraved Gifts: The engraving process takes an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. If you upgraded your order for faster shipping, the upgrade will apply to the time it takes to get your gift to your recipient AFTER the engraving process. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery: Our prices include standard shipping within the Continental US. Allow 3 to 5 business days for all U.S. deliveries. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $25 surcharge. *All orders take 24-48 hours to process, we try and get them sent out the same day if possible but that is not always the case, orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. If you need an item by a certain day please note the date needed in the comments section at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has shipped. SHIPMENTS ONLY GO OUT MONDAY - FRIDAY and are subject to UPS and FEDEX's schedule. We do not ship on weekends and orders are not processed on weekends. International Delivery: We do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to Canada.
We Cannot Deliver to: Post Office Boxes, Hospitals, Puerto Rico or Military Bases
Restricted States: There are some items that are not available in some states that do not allow inter-state shipment. If you are sending to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or Utah, there are some items we cannot deliver to you! Please email us with your questions or place your order and we will confirm delivery within 24 hours.
Extreme Weather (Hot/Cold): We recommend selecting Second Day or Next Day delivery to ensure the quality and freshness of any gifts that include fragile items such as champagne, wine and gift baskets.
Free Shipping: For easy, hassle-free shopping, our prices include U.S. standard delivery within the Continental US (3 - 5 Business Days), Gift wrap and a personalized gift note, all service fees and taxes.
Returns and Exchanges:
Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver shall be refunded for the amount of the product ONLY. The shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a $25 fee to reship the package. Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. If you receive a bottle that is leaking please contact our Customer Service department by email or call toll free (855) 846-4438. Please note that extreme fluctuation in temperature may cause the cork or stopper to expand and retract and causing leakage on some bottles. If the package has been returned to us, we will try to contact you for 30 days. After that time period, the package will be re-shelved and won't be refunded. Also, personalized or engraved gifts cannot be refunded.
Spirited Gifts offers a money-back guarantee on most products (see note below). You can return your bottle at any point within 30 days after you receive it for a full refund, provided your bottle is in its original, unopened condition and is returned with all original packaging. Please Note: All personalized orders are final (i.e., we are unable to accept returns of these products).
Returns: For returns, we’ll credit your money back within 7 days of receiving your returned items. Please note that both U.S. domestic and international customers will be responsible for the shipping fees on all returns. All returns and exchanges are processed by us at Spirited Gifts. To inquire about a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with further instructions about how to return your order (including the shipping address to which you can send your parcel). Please note that, for refunds, we will credit your money back (minus the original shipping costs) within 7 days.
Pricing: If the price of an item has significantly gone up we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you and clarify the new price. This is especially for items such as 20 year + scotch, limited and rare items, mispriced items that are clearly an error (such as $1 for a bottle) etc.

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by licensed retailers. Void where prohibited. Minors are forbidden by law to receive or send liquor, beer or wine.
