Each bottle starts its life with the manual harvesting and sorting of the grapes which are then pressed to extract as much of their juice as possible. This juice then undergoes vinification for 3-4 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being bottled where it is fermented a second time for 35-40 days further enhancing its flavors and giving the wine its signature sparkle.
On the nose, this straw-green wine yields an alluring aroma of white flowers, green and yellow apples, fresh pineapple, and yeasty bread, paving the way for a scrumptious and full-bodied palate of mixed fruits, lemon, almonds, fruity acidity, minerality, and touches of coconut, culminating in a sophisticated and lingering finish.
