Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir sourced from over 100 different vines as well as a substantial portion of their reserve wines, the champagne is carefully blended and bottled before undergoing a secondary fermentation period which imparts it with its trademark effervescence in addition to further enhancing its flavor.
Golden straw in color, each sip of this champagne yields an intense and vibrant bouquet of green apples, yellow fruits, fresh citrus, honey, brioche, nuts, and floral notes. This is then complemented by a fresh and full-bodied palate of ripe fruits, acidity, white flowers, and minerality that then culminate in a light, crisp, and fruity finish that makes it an excellent pairing for poultry, pork, seafood, vegetarian dishes, and mild and soft cheeses.
