The resulting spirit then undergoes aging in new, charred American oak barrels for roughly 9 years before finally being brought to proof and bottled.
Coppery-amber in color, each glass of this bourbon yields a classic bourbon aroma of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and soft oak, paving the way for a rich and sweet palate of more caramel and vanilla, cotton candy, fruits, malt, dark chocolate, nuts, and oak, culminating in a long and drying finish of creamy vanilla and spice.
