The Casa Noble Crystal is a super-premium Blanco tequila that showcases the refreshing flavors of the agave untouched by the influence of oak. Made in small batches from 100% Blue Weber Agaves that have been allowed to mature for 10-14 years in the rich volcanic soils of Jalisco, the tequila begins its life with the agaves being slowly cooked in traditional ovens before being crushed, extracting every ounce of juice possible. After this, the agave juices are fermented and then triple-distilled, creating a clean, clear, and exceptionally smooth spirit that is cut with pure water before finally being packaged in their distinctive bell-shaped bottles.
Crystal-clear in color with silvery hues, each sip of this tequila starts with a sweet and vegetal nose of floral agave, ripe mangoes, and hints of honey. This is then followed by a smooth and equally delectable palate of fresh agave notes accented by touches of citrus, mint, pepper, ginger, and cinnamon, all neatly tied together by a medium-length finish with a slight bitterness and pleasing alcohol burn.
