Infused with the flavors of a bitter orange variety known as Citrus Bigaradia, each batch of this liqueur begins with the orange peels being sun-dried and then macerated in a neutral spirit before being re-distilled. After this, the resulting distillate is then blended with cognac and further aged in French oak barrels for 1-6 months before finally being brought to proof and bottled.
Clear topaz in color with gold-amber accents, each sip of this liqueur greets you with a pleasing aroma of vanilla, cognac, and candied citrus zest. This is then complemented on the palate by a well-balanced blend of bitter oranges, more cognac notes, orange marmalade, burnt toffee, hazelnuts, and coffee, all neatly coming together in a long and harmonious finish.
