These juices are then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, slowly developing their flavors before finally being bottled, rested, and labeled.

Once poured, this yellow-gold wine begins with an alluring bouquet of apple and orange blossoms peach, lime, and beeswax, leading the way for a rounded and medium-bodied palate of orchard fruits, more peach, honey, grapefruit, slate minerality, and citrus acidity that culminate in a long and satisfying finish.
