Each batch begins with whiskeys produced at their distillery in Gimli, Manitoba which is specially selected by master blender Andrew MacKay. After carefully blending the distillates, they are then infused with fresh Georgia peaches to create their distinctively delectable flavor profile before being finally bottled at 80 proof in a cut-glass bottle.
Each sip begins with an enticing aroma consisting of peach skins, light oak, and warm spice which then gives way to a sweet, almost syrupy palate of caramel, creamy vanilla, ripe peaches, rye, dried corn, and spice, culminating in a lingering finish of vanilla, ripe fruits, and spice.
