Serving as their signature offering since its establishment, the Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine offering known for its rich fruit flavors and silky smooth tannins making it a truly decadent treat that is guaranteed to enamor even the most discriminating of drinkers. Each vintage of this wine begins with the grapes being manually harvested, washed, and carefully pressed before undergoing fermentation. After this, the resulting wine is then left to age for several months in oak barrels for several months before finally being bottled and labeled.
Dark, scarlet red in color, each sip of this wine greets its drinker with a luscious bouquet of currants, ripe dark berries, raspberries, cherries, and cocoa which continue well into the multi-layered palate where they are joined by lovely notes of vanilla and soft, velvety tannins before wrapping up with an incredibly long-lasting finish.
