Bombay Gin is a high-end gin company that was named after the Star of Bombay, a famous sapphire that is currently on display at the Smithsonian Museum. Bombay flavors their gin with ten botanical ingredients; cassia, coriander, lemon peel, almond, juniper berries, licorice, orris root, angelica, cubeb, and grains of paradise. These ingredients give Bombay Gin a floral forward taste that results in a lighter, smoother gin.
