These whiskeys are rested for a few weeks in "black brandy barrels" while constantly bombarded with low-hertz sound. The vibrations caused by the sound agitate the spirit within, allowing it to absorb even more of the wood's character. This is a fitting treatment considering its association with one of the greatest musicians of all time. After going through the procedure, the whiskey is then diluted with pure water before being finally bottled at a hearty 90 proof.
