This particular batch is a blend of bourbons aged 6, 7, 8, and 13 years, sourced from undisclosed distilleries in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The mash bill for this blend consists of 78% corn, 18% rye, and 4% malted barley.

The color of this bourbon is described as dark copper, and it has a proof of 117.5. The nose is inviting with sweet aromas of caramel, light anise, and candy corn. The palate is rich and varied, featuring flavors like caramel creams, graham cracker, creme brulee, toffee, Milky Way candy bar, buttered cornbread, and cocoa. The finish brings in flavors of buttercream frosting, caramel, and baking spices, delivering a well-balanced experience.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 035 has been crafted by combining a multi-mashbill blend of 6 and 7-year-old spicy, high-rye, high-proof, oak-forward barrels with a blend of 8-year-old softer, lower-proof barrels that contribute concentrated notes of dark cherry and butterscotch. After two months of mingling, 13-year-old barrels with dominant fruit flavors were added to the blend. Some of these barrels had tropical fruit notes, while others showed more dried and candied fruit notes.
