Dubbed the Aviation American Gin, each batch of this "New Western Dry Gin" starts out as a neutral rye-based spirit infused with flavor and then boiled in a steel vat to extract even more flavors. The resulting dry gin greets its drinkers with a generous helping of botanicals rather than the more traditional juniper notes.
