This blend features a Texas bourbon distilled in a 300-gallon pot still for bright spice, a Kentucky bourbon distilled in a continuous column for smooth vanilla and fruit tones, and a vintage Tennessee bourbon added for structure and tannins. With a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% barley (for the Texas and Kentucky components) and a carefully curated yeast recipe, each batch undergoes aging across varied climates in three states before finishing, proofing and bottling in Texas. The result is a bourbon that brings together regional character, premium aging and thoughtful blending—making it a standout gift or sipping experience.
Tasting Notes: The color is a deep golden amber. On the nose you’ll find refined vanilla, floral hints and spice. The palate opens creamy and soft despite being 94 proof (47% ABV), revealing honeyed maple syrup, orange peel, baking spices, hazelnut and tobacco leaf. The finish is warm and medium-long, with oak-driven tannins and a lingering ripple of cinnamon, dark chocolate and roasted peanuts.
