Captain Morgan Rum
Named after the 17th century Welsh privateer Sir Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan, has been in business distilling rum since 1944. Known best for their spiced rum Captain Morgan is made from sugar cane and a mixture of molasses, yeast and mash. Captain Morgan is distilled in a continuous still and after the distillation process is complete the rum is aged in oak barrels for a year then the secret blend of spices that are indigenous to the Caribbean Islands.
