SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are unable to ship alcohol to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, IA, HI, KY, MA, MD, ME, MS, ND, NH, NY, OK, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VA, WV. If you would like to ship something to Alaska or Hawaii please email us at info@spiritedgifts.com for shipping rates.

We always suggest shipping to a business address as someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for alcohol deliveries. We ship non-alcoholic products to all states. 

Processing times can be found on the product page depending on the type of product and the level of customization required.  

All prices include free ground shipping within the Continental US. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for all ground deliveries.

Spirited Gifts (and affiliated retailers) ship Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed but may be attempted on some residential ground shipments. We cannot control when UPS/FedEx attempts delivery. 

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Once an order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control of the package. If you choose to use our free ground shipping as your delivery method, UPS/FedEx does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Should you need faster delivery, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping method accordingly.

Once your order ships, we will send you email updates that include your tracking number and the location of your package. If a delivery attempt is made and the package is not delivered, you will also receive an email.

You can also track all orders by logging into your account and referencing your order confirmation number.

Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement product. If you receive a bottle that is leaking, please contact our Customer Service department at info@spiritedgifts.com. Please note that extreme fluctuation in temperature may cause the cork or stopper to expand and retract and causing leakage in some bottles.

Guarantee:  Spirited Gifts offers a money-back guarantee on most products. Orders can be returned at any point within 30 days of delivery. All returned orders must be in their original unopened condition and must be returned with all of the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping of the product. 

Please Note: Personalized and engraved orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing times can be found on the product page depending on the type of product and the level of customization required.  Non-personalized orders are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days after you place your order. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. All personalized and engraved items will take an additional 1-2 business days to process, plus shipping time for delivery. Please see the product page for additional details. 

Expedited processing is available on a case-by-case basis. If your order is under a time constraint, please email info@spiritedgifts.com for further information.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. This includes military bases outside of the Continental US. We do not ship to post offices, UPS stores, mailboxes or pack, and ship facilities. Packages containing alcohol can not be shipped to any address where there will not be someone 21 years or over available to sign for the delivery.

If an order is refused by the recipient or returned after three delivery attempts (Please note: If delivery was missed,  at the discretion of the carrier, FedEx/UPS may make 2 more attempts to deliver your package (for a total of 3 attempts) or for residential addresses, it may be redirected to a nearby FedEx/UPS or FedEx/UPS OnSite location for customer pickup), the purchaser will be responsible for the fees associated with the return shipping. These fees will be deducted from the order refund.

In an effort to prevent orders from being returned, a door tag with all pertinent information will be left after each failed delivery attempt and UPS/FedEx will usually hold the package for an additional week before returning it to us. If no one can be home to sign for the package, UPS/FedEx offers services that will hold it a local facility.

If your order is returned, we will email you to find out how you’d like us to move forward.
