After being selected, the casks are carefully married to create the desired flavor profile before being brought to proof using pure water and finally being bottled.
Once poured, this deep gold bourbon conveys a pleasing aroma of raisins, vanilla, sweet popcorn, honeysuckle, and butterscotch which then give way to a smooth, sweet, and complex palate of berries, honey, brown sugar, tobacco, spice, and oak, culminating in a subtle and velvety finish with hints of sweet spices.
