When placing your order online, enter the promotional code in the corresponding field on the "Payment" page. You will see your discount applied on the "Review Order" page.
A Delivery Notification email will be sent to you to confirm delivery. If you would like to check the status of your order, please email us with your order number at email@example.com.
Up to three attempts will be made to deliver your gift. A door tag with all pertinent information will be left after each failed delivery attempt. Your recipient may contact our delivery service at any time to schedule pick-up. If your recipient has not contacted our delivery service and a third attempt has failed, the gift will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
*Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the gift delivery. If someone 21 years of age or older will not be available at the delivery location, we suggest sending your gift to a business address.
