Product Description

Beautifully tarry and wildly smoky up to the finish, the Compass Box No Name Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an intensely flavorful malt whisky that's second to none. This single malt scotch is aged in American oak barrels for an undetermined amount of time. The cask lent a slightly medicinal and persistently smoky flavor profile to the blend. This expression has an even smokier palate compared to the distillery's own The Peat Monster. Every sip reveals persistent tarry notes with a slightly medicinal kick that will please even the most demanding whisky lover you know!

The nose reveals notes of engined oil followed by hints of stewed plum and citrus zest. This malt whisky has a robust palate packed with earthy notes and woody smoke topped with faint hints of sherry in the background. The finish is just as smoky as the palate but leaves just the right amount of cinnamon-and-sugary-sweetness that will delight the taste buds.
