White Russian

This classic is usually made with Kahlua but when we tried the new St George NOLA Coffee Liqueur we knew we had a winner on our hands. Whether white or black this is a classic in the making.

Americano White Russian

Add the vodka and Kahlúa to an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
Top with a large splash of heavy cream and stir

PS - This exceptional coffee liquor is modeled after ‘New Orleans Styled Coffee” earning the name NOLA

Tom Collins

Looking for the perfect refreshing cocktail for your Barbeque? Look no further than the Tom Collins. Made with Aviation Gin

Who is Tom Collins?

In a pint glass, add spirits & mixers (through simple syrup). Fill with ice & shake vigorously
Fine strain into an ice filled collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Cosmopolitan

Here is a drink so simple it needs no recipe. While the Cosmo was Carrie Bradshaw's drink of choice throughout much of Sex and the City this new version will elevate it to a new level.

Wild Cranberry and Blood Orange Cosmo Pour OM (Organic Mixology) Wild Cranberry and Blood Orange Artisan Cocktail over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Enjoy!

Margarita

George Washington used to distill his own moonshine, now it's making a comeback. Give the classic margarita a modern spin with this recipe for a Moonshine Margarita.

Moonshine Margarita

Mix ingredients well and pour over ice
Combine salt and sugar with a dash of lime juice for the rim of the glass

Whiskey Smash

We have recreated this close cousin of the Mint Julep (also perfect for a summer cocktail) to be a signature holiday cocktail made with good old Kentucky Bourbon. Garnish with some fruit for a fancy version!

Fancy Bourbon Smash

  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 ounces  Bulleit Bourbon
  • Fresh mint

In a rocks or old fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the water. Lightly press 6 to 8 mint leaves in the syrup, then add the spirits and stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and insert a mint sprig as garnish; if you feel fancy, you can garnish with fresh berries and an orange wheel as well.

The Daiquiri

This is not a slurpee so banish all thoughts of unlimited blended drinks at your swim up bar. The true daiquiri was named after a beach near Santiago, Cuba and is a strong drink worthy of respect. Bring this classic home with a new American Rum.

Rhode Island Daiquiri

  • 1 1/2 ounces Thomas Tew Rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or superfine sugar

Shake all ingredients well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Perfect American made cocktails for the fourth of July.
